Group Booking Policies


Reservations

Reservations are necessary in order to provide you with the best day and time that works for your schedule. Please use our booking request form when booking your spa party. We require the first and last name including a phone number for each member of your party. If you need any assistance please do not hesitate to call or email. Once your request has been received, our coordinator will be in touch to finalize any details and to provide deposit information.  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in. 


Deposit

Once we have finalized your booking requests, we require a 50% deposit for all scheduled services. We can only accept a deposit as one payment. Deposits must be made 14 days prior to booking in order to secure your reservation. Your deposit will be applied to the final payment of all services received. 


Cancellations

Your appointments are reserved especially for you and your party. Your time is important as is ours and the consideration for other guests making reservations.  If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we require 14 days notice. If you are unable to provide adequate notice we reserve the right to withhold your deposit and it will not be returned to you. If you chose to reschedule your party for another day without adequate notice, you will be required to pay a new deposit amount of 25% of scheduled services. No shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) reserved and will be required to make payment and an additional deposit prior to scheduling any future appointments. If you alter or cancel your service(s) of a lesser value during your appointment, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the originally scheduled service(s). You may choose to upgrade your service(s) prior to or on the day of, permitting time is available. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. We do realize that circumstances beyond your control may arise and we may make appropriate considerations in these cases.  


Late arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however out of consideration for our schedule and other clients who have reserved their time, we may have to condense your treatment in order to be on time for our next appointments. If we need to condense your treatment time due to late arrival, you will be charged the full price of the service(s) that you were scheduled for. Please consider traffic and weather to ensure you are able to safely arrive on time. 


Light Bites + Refreshments

$12 per guest 

We offer light snacks and beverages at an additional rate if you choose this option for your group party. Selections include cheese, assorted crackers, veggie tray, fruit tray, muffins or pastries as well as sparkling water, coffee, latte, cappuccino, espresso and infused water. Please let us know a minimum of 7 days prior to your reservation if you would like to include this as part of your experience. Please allow 7 days notice of cancellation to avoid cancellation fees.


Pricing and Payments

All prices do not include HST and are non-negotiable. All prices are subject to change without notice. We do not provide any refunds for services rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit and Cash. An additional 20% gratuity will be added to all services for group bookings. We offer speciality rates for groups of 4 or more depending on services reserved. Please inquire with our coordinator for promotional pricing.
