Reservations are recommended in order to provide you with the best day and time that works for your schedule. You may schedule your appointment via telephone, email or in person. Please arrive 5 min prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in.
Welcome! We are excited that you have chosen Bliss Skin Bar + Spa and look forward to meeting you! Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment so you may be checked in. This will allow you some time to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, or herbal tea and fill out our consultation form for your treatment so we are able to provide you with the best experience possible.
Your appointments are reserved especially for you. Your time is important as is ours and the consideration for other guests making reservations. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, we require 24 hours notice for single services and 48 hours notice for services of 2 or more. If you are unable to provide adequate notice we reserve the right to charge 50% of your scheduled service cost. No shows will be charged 100 % of the service(s) reserved and will be required to make payment prior to scheduling any future appointments. We do realize that circumstances beyond your control may arise and we will make appropriate considerations in these cases.
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however out of consideration for our schedule and other clients who have reserved their time, we may have to condense your treatment in order to be on time for our next appointments. Please consider traffic and weather to ensure you are able to safely arrive on time.
We will provide confirmation calls and email notifications 48 hours in advance of your appointment time as a courtesy. Please be sure to mark in your calendar your appointment date and time in the event we are unable to reach you. Please read our cancellation policy to avoid any fees.
Your time at Bliss Skin Bar + Spa should be a relaxing one. Please turn off ringers on your cell phone so you may relax. Please keep conversations to a quiet minimum so other guests may also relax during their treatments.
Gratuities are not included in your treatment price and may be added upon payment via debit, credit or cash. We graciously accept thanks for exceeding your expectations. We regret that gift cards are not acceptable methods of payment for gratuities.
Gift Cards make a wonderful gift for all occasions and are available for purchase. Gift cards never expire and may be used towards services and products for the value the card holds. We are unable to use gift cards as payments towards gratuities.
All prices do not include HST and are non-negotiable. All prices are subject to change without notice. We do not provide any refunds for services rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit and Cash.
We would be happy to exchange any unopened product for another one of similar value within 7 days of purchase. We are unable to exchange products that have been opened. If you receive a damaged product, please call us immediately and return the defective product within 7 days of purchase and we will exchange it for one of the same. We do not provide refunds for services rendered. If you are unhappy with your experience, please let us know right away and we would be happy to make it right!
